Year 3

7th October 2023

Year 3 students had a fantastic start to the new academic year! They have already enjoyed a lot of interesting activities with many more to come - inside and outside the classroom.

During the Healthy Me week, the children made a healthy, sugar-free fruit ice-lolly with different flavours. We used strawberries, watermelon and pineapple but we all agreed that pineapple ice-lolly was the best.

In English, the children are learning to gain a deep understanding of a story by incorporating drama and acting it out. This is one of the most liked activities during the English lessons and everyone is well engaged in role play.

In Science, the children have been learning about nutrition. The highlight of this week was the Year 3 Science project presentation and it was very impressive to see the students being so confident and entertaining! A huge thank you to all the parents who supported their young learners by attending the presentation - your presence was very important and inspirational!
