World Scholar’s Cup Regional Round 2026 – An Exciting Opportunity for Our Students

We are delighted to share exciting news about the World Scholar’s Cup (WSC) Regional Round 2026, which will be hosted at Feza International School. This prestigious academic event brings together students from around the region to celebrate learning, teamwork, and global thinking.

Event Details
Dates: 12th – 14th February 2026
Venue: Feza International School

We warmly invite more students to join us in this intellectually stimulating and talent-filled academic competition. The World Scholar’s Cup is a unique programme designed to develop critical thinking, collaboration, communication skills, and global awareness. Scholars will explore a wide range of subjects, including Science, Literature, Art & Music, History, Social Studies, and a Special Area.

The Regional Round features four exciting events:

• Team Debate – public speaking, persuasive argument, and peer feedback
• Scholar’s Challenge Quiz – critical thinking and decision-making
• Collaborative Writing – teamwork, rhetoric, and written communication
• Scholar’s Bowl – fast-paced group problem-solving

Each student participating in the Regional Round is required to contribute TZS 280,000. This fee covers registration costs as well as lunches and evening snacks for the duration of the event.

We kindly request that payments be made in cash at the School Accounts Office by 10th February 2026 to secure your child’s participation. Please also confirm your child’s participation by completing the reply slip by 09th February 2026. Kindly note that timely confirmation will help ensure a smooth registration process.

Looking Ahead: World Scholar’s Cup Global Round
We are proud to share that our scholars continue to demonstrate outstanding performance, with current results indicating potential qualification for the WSC Global Round. Should this be confirmed, we will formally propose participation and share full details with you.

In preparation for this prestigious next stage, we are currently finalising the plans and budget. Once ready, this information will be shared promptly to allow families adequate time for planning and early deposits.
