This term, the STEM Club has been buzzing with creativity, curiosity and innovation. Students have been fully immersed in hands-on activities, ranging from designing detailed model plans of modern houses to exploring how engineers and architects bring ideas to life. Their creativity and attention to detail have been truly impressive, with many students showcasing unique and practical designs.
In our science and technology sessions, learners have explored circuits and electricity, building simple electrical systems and gaining a deeper understanding of how everyday devices function. Alongside this, students have also carried out a variety of exciting chemical reactions, observing changes, making predictions and thinking critically like real scientists in action.
What has stood out most this term is the enthusiasm, teamwork and problem-solving skills demonstrated by all members. Students have shown resilience when faced with challenges and have collaborated effectively, sharing ideas and supporting one another to achieve success.
As we look ahead, excitement is building for the much-anticipated end-of-term STEM House Competition. Simba, Tembo and Twiga houses will go head-to-head in an exciting showcase of creativity, innovation and skill. With energy levels high and ideas flowing, it promises to be a thrilling and memorable finale to a fantastic term of discovery and learning!
