SECONDARY SPORTS

25th November 2024

As we approach the final few weeks of term, the PE department has much to be proud of and even more to look forward to in what remains of this busy period. During lessons, we have been focusing on football and athletics this half term. Over the last four weeks, our boys’ and girls’ football teams have represented the school at HOPAC across all age groups, from U9 to U15, and we are incredibly proud of all our athletes.

Our swimming programme continues to run each week, with personal bests being achieved regularly. This weekend, our senior boys travelled to Moshi to participate in the annual Moshi Sports Weekend, competing in open football and basketball. Credit goes to our boys, aged 12–16, who performed admirably against a field of much older students.

The secondary school is now gearing up for the inter-house athletics and sports day, which will take place in the final week of term. We look forward to seeing all our students compete for their houses in a variety of athletic events.
