Lower School

Welcome back from the Lower School to our final term of the year! Can you believe it? We are so proud of our learners, watching them grow and develop is incredible and they truly have achieved so much since the start of the academic year already, growing in confidence and also they all seem to have grown so much taller too!
We have got straight back into the swing of things at school and had a jam packed, fun filled week!
Year 1 have been practising their handwriting and some children have even moved on to cursive writing now! They have also particularly enjoyed starting the new topic of Toys and were very excited to find the classroom reading corner is now a toy shop! Year 2 enjoyed learning to measure mass using a balance scale and a weighing scale in Maths and our Year 3’s have been measuring practically using millilitres and litres.
