FS1 & FS2

Over the past few weeks we have been exploring some traditional tales that all seem to have the number three associated with them! The 3 Little Pigs, Goldilocks and the 3 Bears and The 3 Billy Goats Gruff. We have enjoyed reading these stories and have been repeating lots of language and vocabulary from each book.
We noticed that in each story there is a ‘bad’ character and a problem that keeps recurring! We used great adjectives to describe the Big Bad Wolf and the smelly troll and found it very funny when they met their demise!
There has been lots of creativity happening around the classroom and drawing has become very popular. It is wonderful to see children trying to hold a pencil with control and create pictures and words on paper. We are working on our speaking and listening and FS2 have been continuing to challenge themselves in Phonics learning new digraphs and trigraphs!
