This term KS1 has been learning about food. Pupils have enjoyed playing games and singing songs about vegetables, fruits and drinks.
Y3 have been working on school items and have been designing their own pencil cases and backpacks, as you can see on the photos.
Y4 have enjoyed learning about different types of movies and tv programmes.
Y5 have been learning about the famous French story Le Petit Prince, the little Prince, from Saint Exupéry. We have looked at the characters from the short novel and revised vocabulary to describe people's personalities and physical appearances. We watched a movie adaptation of the book, which pupils particularly enjoyed. The Y5 students will now start working on their presentation about the story, which they will have to deliver to the class at a later stage.
Y6 is studying the topic of jobs and future plans. This week they enjoyed our Guess Who lessons in which they were competing to find the correct job of the person described.
