At Braeburn, we believe that global citizenship is lived out through collective acts of service and a shared commitment to recognising and responding to the needs around us—within our school and in the wider community.
This week, we were honoured to welcome members of the Rotary Club of Bahari to facilitate our Earlyact/Interact Investiture for the 2025–2026 academic year. As the head of all Rotary Bahari Interact clubs in Dar es Salaam, Rotarian Eline joined us to present our newly elected student leaders with their official badges.
We proudly recognised our leadership board: President – Aisia, Vice President – Liese, Secretary – Ssanyu, and Treasurer – Isabelle, along with our four Earlyact student leaders: Mikaela, Aayan, Zawadi, and Haaris.
In addition, we celebrated our broader group of committed members from across the school: Nathan, Anita, Nasra, Moriah, Bethel, Aya, Darius, Junior, MannaSharon, Laurence, Atara, Aurellia, Miles, Zhiyong, Benson, Jeremiah, Ally, Janel, and Bilha.
Together, this dynamic team of 27 students truly embodies empathy, responsibility, and the spirit of global citizenship as they serve the community.
We look forward to witnessing the impact of their projects throughout the year.
