Early Act Interact

5th October 2024

This past Saturday, seven of our student leaders attended an Interact leadership training facilitated by Rotary Club Bahari that was held at Tanzanite Park. The core message resounded clearly-that the heart of Rotary and Interact/Earlyact is to develop oneself, personally and professionally, through community service. The students were inspired by Ms Noella in her call to commit to making change in the community. Our students were also thrilled to dialogue with other Interact Student Leaders from Mtakuja Beach Secondary School, Mikocheni Secondary School, Oysterbay Secondary School and Njechele Secondary School and learn about their school projects and what they are doing to bring change in their local communities. Our students boldly shared about their past and current projects including the Daftari Drive and thought deeply about their commitment to making a difference. We cannot wait to see our students affect change within our school and the surrounding community.
