We are delighted to share the outstanding achievements of Year 10 in their recent exploration of the fascinating topic, 'Transport in Animals.' Throughout this term, the class exhibited exceptional dedication and enthusiasm in delving into the intricacies of the circulatory system.
Not only did the students gain a comprehensive understanding of the circulatory system, but they also actively engaged in practical applications. The class conducted a pulse rate investigation, skillfully identified various types of blood vessels, analysed the components of the blood, and demonstrated their safe practical skills through a meticulous dissection of a cow's heart. Year 10 showcased proficiency in using a scalpel and scissors to navigate the internal chambers of the heart with precision and care.
The dedication and proficiency demonstrated by Year 10 in exploring 'Transport in Animals' reflect their commitment to academic excellence and hands-on learning. We look forward to their continued success in future explorations.
