Upper School

4th December 2023

The upper school have had a fantastic Term 1 which has been packed with challenging learning, interactive lessons, investigating and exploring. We have a busy final week ahead before a much needed few weeks to recharge, rest and recuperate!

Highlights of this term include: Year 4 completing their STEAM project on volcanic eruptions! The children worked collaboratively together to construct a village and a mountain using recycling materials and it was fabulous!

The Year 5 trip to Africraft was a wonderful experience for the children where they learnt all about how this organisation uses everyday materials to create beautiful jewellery, crockery, decorations and more.

The assembly by our Year 6 students showcased so much of learning on the infamous Highwayman! If your child is in year 6, why not ask them if they can recall the story of this fictional character created by Alfred Noyes?

We thank you for your continued support and wish you a restful break ahead.
