I graduated from the University of Karachi with a Bachelor of Commerce. My teaching career began in Karachi, where I taught Business and Finance for ten years at both high school and college level. In 2017, I embarked on my first international teaching journey in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. During this time, I completed my Postgraduate Certificate in Education (International) [PGCEi], and in 2021, I stepped into senior leadership. More recently, I achieved the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), which has further equipped me to serve and support students and colleagues with purpose and impact.

At the heart of my educational philosophy is the belief that every student deserves to feel valued, inspired and challenged. I view education as more than the transfer of knowledge – it is about nurturing curiosity, resilience and a love of lifelong learning. I am passionate about creating inclusive and engaging learning environments where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, while also ensuring that colleagues are supported to reflect, grow, and develop professionally.

Beyond school, I am a proud mother of three, two of whom now tower over me. I enjoy playing pickleball, cooking, and taking evening walks, which provide time to reflect and recharge. I am also a devoted cricket fan and love sharing my enthusiasm for both sport and learning with others.
